Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Studio Vala LLC, a Delaware company that runs treasr ("we"). By using treasr.app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

What we provide

A planning tool for credit card rewards. We suggest cards, estimate what welcome offers and points are worth, track offers, credits and points, and remind you when you are ready for a next card. We do not issue cards, make credit decisions, move points, or book travel. How you use your rewards is up to you.

Not financial advice

Everything on treasr is general information and estimates. It is not financial, credit, legal or tax advice, and it is not a promise that you will be approved for any card. Offers, fees, credits, earn rates, credit score guidance and bank rules change without notice and vary by person. Confirm every detail with the bank before you apply. Only apply for credit you can manage, and pay your balance in full; interest and fees can cost more than any reward. You are responsible for your own credit and spending decisions.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape it, or break these terms.

Paid plan and billing

treasr Pro is billed in advance through Stripe at the price on the pricing page, plus any tax. Monthly and yearly plans renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a new price applies from your next renewal.

Linked accounts

Linking accounts through Plaid is optional and starts only when you connect on Plaid's screen. You authorize us to receive the account details and transactions you share and to use them for your recommendations, offer tracking and reminders. You can disconnect at any time. You confirm the accounts are yours or that you may share them. Plaid's terms govern the connection itself. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data Plaid provides.

Reminders

Reminders are a convenience. They can be late, missing or wrong. Do not rely on them alone for a welcome offer deadline, a credit that expires, or a payment due date.

Third-party sites and offers

We link to banks and other sites. Their sites, offers and policies are theirs. treasr does not use affiliate links today; if we add them, we will say so on the page, and they will not change what you pay.

Your content

The cards, balances, goals and settings you enter are yours. You give us the right to store and process them to run the service.

Our content

The site, its text, design and code are ours or licensed to us. Card names and artwork belong to the banks and are shown to identify the cards. You may not copy, scrape, resell or build a competing dataset from the site.

Availability

We aim to keep treasr running but do not promise it. Data comes from third parties and can be late, missing or wrong. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, declined applications, credit score changes, missed offers or credits, or lost points. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Before any claim, email us and give us 30 days to resolve it. Claims are brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each side waives a jury trial where the law allows.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above changes and material changes are emailed. You may close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service with notice, or at once for abuse.
